
SD House of Representatives will vote on SB 3, Adult Use Legalization, this week.
On 2/22, these reps said “NO” to Representing the Voters in their District by voting against HB1045 (31-36-3), a separate legalization bill.
Last week, politicians in South Dakota’s House of Representatives put their personal views ahead of the views of the voters who elected them.
